RWAMREC promotes gender equality by engaging men and boys as partners in family wellbeing and violence prevention. The organization designs and delivers training for communities, schools, health workers, and institutions on positive masculinity, sexual and reproductive health, and prevention of gender-based violence. Programs include community dialogues, fatherhood and couples workshops, youth clubs, and campaigns that challenge harmful norms. RWAMREC conducts research and evaluations to inform practice, develops curricula and toolkits, and offers technical assistance to peer organizations and service providers. Advocacy efforts support policy implementation, survivor-centered response, and coordination with civil society networks. Monitoring and learning activities track behavior change and scale evidence-informed approaches through partnerships.
