At Simple Education Foundation (SEF) we work with the government to build state-wide strengthening programs for teachers and principals to increase the standard of teaching in government schools across India. Our mission is to strengthen 1 million educators by 2028.

What will you do?
Develop and Execute SEF's Digital Media Strategy:
Create a cohesive digital media strategy to amplify SEF's mission, vision, and impact on teachers and children. Design and publish engaging content, including visuals, videos, blogs, and newsletters, to inspire action and build a strong brand identity.
Plan and Manage Campaigns for Impact and Fundraising:
Design and implement targeted social media campaigns to support crowdfunding and donor engagement while showcasing SEF’s transformative work in education. Monitor campaign performance, generate insights from data, and refine strategies to optimize outcomes.
Engage and Build Online Communities:
Foster meaningful interactions with followers, non-profits, funding organizations, and partners, cultivating an active online presence that positions SEF as a thought leader in education and builds partnerships to expand impact.
Collaborate Across Teams to Share Stories:
Work closely with programme and fundraising teams to transform complex educational outcomes into relatable and impactful narratives, ensuring a unified approach to storytelling and communication.

Proven experience in managing and growing brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (YouTube experience is a bonus).
Knowledge of social media advertising and optimising content for discoverability and audience engagement.
Content Creation Skills:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for designing visuals and editing videos.
Ability to write impactful copy and stories and a willingness to grab the mic and be in front of the camera when needed.
