Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the AVP MarCom's, you will be in charge of all aspects of marketing to/for funding organizations. This includes, Corporation with their own carbon neutrality initiatives, CSR foundations focused on climate change, health, women’s empowerment, and other related social and environmental issues within Asia pacific region. This will require a creative and non-standard approach where events, learning-lunches, and direct outreach to decision makers is more useful than digital marketing. It is one where white paper, videos, and PowerPoints are typically used whereas pamphlets or other similar promotional materials are not.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Understanding the funders, both commercial, governmental, and non-profit. The funding partners will be at the core of your work. You will know their pain points and needs, as well as how to reach them. Your insights will shape our approach and you will be responsible for disseminating insights across the marketing and broader organization.
- Overseeing Funding Partner value proposition and content production to ensure a messaging approach that resonates for different types of funding organizations, in order to “speak their language.” This may include collateral like presentations and videos but may also be part of funding applications.
- Working with the Digital media associate and agency to devise and execute effective marketing and promotion strategies for different categories of funding partners.
- Identifying and participating in events, forums and exhibitions to demonstrate Sistema.bio's thought leadership and showcase the potential of biodigesters as a desirable social impact activity and investment.
- Initiate and monitor outreach initiatives and campaigns, including but not limited to: email and LinkedIn outreach to key decision makers, roundtables with industry associations, webinars, event organization/participation, white papers, and other creative influencer campaigns.
- Managing our marketing budget to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
More about YOU:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or other relevant technical marketing program, communications or Public Relations.
Post graduate courses in Marketing, PR and Corporate Communications are desirable.
Key Experiences & Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation or similar marketing experience with b2b organizations.
- Experience operating in/with both corporate and nonprofit organizations in sustainability/climate space is highly desirable. You know that the language/goals of commercial companies AND foundations are very different, and you have experience with and feel comfortable operating in both environments.
- Experience creating whitepapers and influencer events/activities is highly preferred.
- Experience drafting content for funding applications is desired.
- Passion to build and execute on marketing strategies that drive significant leads.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and other tools to drive insights using data and analytics.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
