Your mission at Sistema.bio:

The Technical Operations Training Officer is responsible for the implementation, monitoring the training certification process with the internal and external technical operation teams and, for active participation in the continuous training journey of the team. The main purpose of this position is to help the technical operation teams achieve their best performance in order to make our customers satisfied.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Training Implementation: Actively support the LATAM team to plan and deliver trainings in LATAM including, in person, webinars, online courses, and self-paced e-learning programs.
  • Training Monitoring: Follow-up and monitor the implementation of the training process including but not limited to: training attendance, quizzes, feedback survey, Impact assessment, practical assessment and certification.
  • Training content development: Develop, design and make local adaptations of engaging training content and Learning Experiences in collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts for a variety of delivery modes (Online, Webinar, training sessions,..) while respecting the content creation guidelines
    Proofread, revise, translate and adapt training documents for the LatAm audience.
  • Training improvement: Analyze the feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant changes. Monitor and implement the training needs through our survey with managers and coordinators.
  • Learning Management System: Learn, use, and become proficient in using the LMS

More about YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in business and administration, engineering, communication, human resources, digital and analytics or other related degrees.
  • 3-5 years training experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in instructional design is preferred.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Autonomous with excellent project management skills & experience.
  • Mandatory: fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms (tech-savvy) e.g. video,audio, animation, still images, infographics, text etc.
  • Ability to work with a multicultural team
  • International experience is preferred.

  • This is a full-time position based in Mexico.
  • We offer a hybrid work model.
  • This role will entail Travelling which form 30% of the time.
