Today, SwipeRx connects over 245,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies which reach more than 150 million patients every month. 1 in every 3 licensed pharmacists across Southeast Asia use SwipeRx to access online education and training, access industry information, and procure their inventory through our B2B e-commerce platform.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Pharmacy Community and Business Development Executive. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Your Role:

This role requires extreme flexibility and ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.

SwipeRx Thailand Community Management

Responsibility:

Community Management

  • Oversee and manage all of SwipeRx Thailand in-app and social media accounts.
  • Develop, execute and monitor monthly and weekly engagement campaigns with our Marketing and Creative teams geared for community growth.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with pharmaceutical associations
  • Seek opportunities to grow the community with both offline (booth) and online strategy
  • Manage all SwipeRx's online channels (LINE, Facebook page, SwipeRx app)

Project Management

  • When required, deliver successful project implementation by collaborating with cross functional team to ensure the delivery of required deliverable.
  • Manage weekly project reports for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct an evaluation of the project and provide recommendations.

Requirement:

  • Pharmacy background with at least 2 years of digital community building and business development or related experience.
  • Analytically driven to track key performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Active in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate to top management and other departments.
  • Interest in mobile technology; ideally, you have a keen interest in the startup world.
  • Ability to work independently on a weekly calendar with our teams.
