We’re seeking a User Experience & Interface Designer to lead the design of intuitive, diagnostic-driven learning experiences for SMEs. This role will combine deep user research, data-driven decision-making, and strong UI/visual design skills to create impactful digital products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Engineers, and Learning Designers—to craft solutions that drive user engagement, behavior change, and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, developing personas and wireframes, maintaining a design system, and advocating for user-centered design practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience & Research
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand learner needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to craft intuitive learning and diagnostic experiences.
User Interface & Visual Design
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a specific focus on diagnostic-driven learning experiences and related flows that support tailored, data-informed learning journeys for SMEs.
- Develop and maintain AMI’s design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs to life with high attention to detail and usability.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Learning Designers to define and execute design strategies aligned with client outcomes and business impact.
- Lead design initiatives that drive user engagement, retention, and measurable behavioral change.
- Advocate for user-centered design within the organization, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our product offerings.
