Proven experience (4+ years) in instructional or learning design, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and behaviour change strategies.
Demonstrated ability to design engaging, outcomes-driven, habit-forming learning journeys across various formats (e.g., self-directed, instructor-led, virtual), incorporating motivation and behavioural science approaches.
Experience designing for low-data environments and learners with limited internet access, especially within MSME contexts.
Strong self-management and project coordination skills, including working within deadlines, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams.
High digital fluency, comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Data-literate, with the ability to interpret learning data and adapt instructional strategies accordingly throughout programme implementation.
Skilled in designing learning materials, assessments, and multimedia content that align with brand standards and meet training requirements.
Ability to analyze target audiences, training needs, and media requirements to develop tailored and effective learning solutions.
