AMI Rwanda is seeking an experienced Funding Mapping Consultant to conduct a comprehensive landscape analysis of funding opportunities available to micro and small agribusinesses in Rwanda. This short-term (10 days of work) assignment will involve identifying, categorizing, and documenting relevant financial sources: including banks, microfinance institutions, SACCOs, impact investors, and grant agencies. The consultant will deliver a detailed, high-quality report and an engaging, practical financing guide for SMEs within one month.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct desk research and stakeholder consultations to identify top funding sources relevant to micro and small agribusinesses in Rwanda.
- Map out funding products, eligibility criteria, application processes, and sector preferences.
- Develop a comprehensive, well-structured funding landscape report, highlighting opportunities tailored to SMEs.
- Create a clear, attractive financing guide to assist SMEs in accessing funding, with practical tips and pathways.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with AMI’s standards for clarity, usefulness, and usability.
