About the Role

AMI is seeking a highly organised, reliable and execution-oriented Operations Associate to support the Managing Director of AMI Enterprise on a part-time basis.

This role provides hands-on coordination and execution support to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, decisions are followed through, and cross-functional actions are delivered on time. It is well suited to a mid-level professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a strategic leadership role; it is an execution-critical support role that enables leadership decisions to translate into action.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Project Coordination
  • Track all projects, initiatives and outcomes involving the Managing Director using Zoho, Monday.com, and other required tools

  • Monitor progress against commitments and proactively flag risks or delays

  • Maintain clear visibility of priorities and timelines

Meetings & Follow-Up
  • Attend selected meetings to take clear, accurate notes and capture decisions and action items

  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed as agreed

Communication & Execution Support
  • Draft and send emails and Slack messages on behalf of the Managing Director

  • Make follow-up calls where necessary to drive completion of tasks

  • Support alignment and accountability across teams

Performance & Data Support
  • Assist team members with performance data capture

  • Support basic data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or executive support roles

  • Strong technical competence in digital productivity tools; comfort using AI tools is an advantage

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Highly reliable and self-directed, able to work independently without close supervision

  • Comfortable handling complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong relationship-building skills, sound professional judgment, and confidence supporting senior leadership

  • Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

  • Ability to create, maintain, and improve simple systems and processes to support effective execution

  • Familiarity with Zoho, Monday.com, or similar tools

  • Data analysis skills and the ability to support or train others in basic reporting
