Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, Project Management or a related field (required); Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects, preferably in entrepreneurship development, SME support or skills development
At least 3 years' full-time work experience in Ghana, with a solid understanding of the local social enterprise and development ecosystem
Fluency in English and one Ghanaian language
Experience with donor-funded programmes, government agencies or multilateral organisations such as UNDP, Mastercard Foundation or GIZ is highly desirable
Experience working in peri-urban and rural districts of Ghana is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery against milestones
Strong experience planning and executing both virtual and in-person events or learning programmes
Excellent project management skills including use of tools for task tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise reports and professional correspondence
Comfortable using digital platforms and tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Monday.com, and similar productivity and PM tools
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, with a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion mindset
Detail-oriented with strong data analysis capability and ability to use tools to work efficiently
Ability to provide up-to-date data and feedback on project progress to enable accurate and on-time reporting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
