Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage CRM upkeep, reporting, and operational data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare donor, project, campaign, and operational reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Respond to organizational data and reporting requests while maintaining data integrity and governance.

CRM & Systems Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce, including workflows, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve automation, system integrations, and donor journeys.
  • Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Financial & Grant Operations

  • Manage quarterly grant disbursements and maintain accurate financial and project records.
  • Support reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and compliance-related operational processes.

Process Improvement & User Support

  • Support AI-driven and operational process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Assist with data cleanup, system maintenance, documentation, and user training.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff using CRM systems, dashboards, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Operations, and chapter teams.

Required Skills

  • Preferably strong Salesforce experience, including workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including dashboarding, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nonprofit or fundraising operations experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

7+ years of experience in data operations, CRM management, systems administration, or analytics-focused roles.
