Job Description:

  • Serve as the strategic technology and transformation partner to Formal Schools leadership, aligning digital initiatives with operational and program goals.
  • Lead identification, prioritization, and shaping of automation, digitization, and transformation opportunities across school operations.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives including discovery, process reengineering, solution design, piloting, and scaling.
  • Work with departments to map, challenge, and redesign processes that are overly manual, fragmented, or inefficient.
  • Translate business needs into structured functional requirements and work closely with IT teams, platform owners, and vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Oversee digitization of school processes into OMS and other enterprise platforms, ensuring integration, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Champion intelligent automation and AI use cases to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
  • Actively manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions.
  • Ensuring appropriate governance while avoiding bottlenecks.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and capability building across school operations teams.
  • Define and track measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, adoption rates, and operational improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of large-scale operations, preferably in education, field programs, or multi-site environments.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, process reengineering, or business partnering roles.
  • Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or product ownership roles
  • Deep understanding of enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM) and workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions integrating multiple systems and business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience driving change management and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to operate in ambiguity with focus on outcomes.

Education:

Minimum BS/BBA (Computer Science, Business Analysis, Project Management)

Experience:

9+ years of relevant experience
