About The/Nudge:
The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest
At The/Nudge you will:
develop a talent & people first culture in achieving the organization’s vision and mission
own and lead the overall vision and strategy for the People & Culture team at The/Nudge
manage and coach a team towards their growth and development in order to meeting the growing needs of the organization
build strategy to attract talent which improves the talent density at The/Nudge
build a community of action-oriented, purpose aligned individuals for solving social problems
ensure a clear Employee Value Proposition in support for building the top of the funnel
ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes across all aspects of the employee life cycle (from onboarding to exit)
track HR metrics and identify areas of improvement in attracting, retaining and managing teams
manage work environment in a way that ensures employees are happy, motivated and productive
develop and lead people strategies and processes with a focus on organizational development
build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of The/Nudge spirit
create a leadership development framework to drive development of managers, leadership capability and embed a coaching culture
partner with internal and external stakeholders towards improved employee experience
Apply if you have:
around 15+ years of exposure to working in fast-paced environments
thorough understanding of people & culture policies and procedures, and knowledge of laws and regulations
familiarity with all aspects of people operations, including culture development, compensation, recruitment, benefits, training and coaching
excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
strong organisational and analytical skills
a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for all employees
