About The/Nudge Institute:
The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build dignified and resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): to make entrepreneurship a sustainable source of livelihood to enable urban households to come out of poverty
Centre for Rural Development (CRD): to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): to enable a thriving livelihoods ecosystem in India
At The/Nudge you will:
learn our various programs well to represent our work to all stakeholders
deliver on aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India, quarter-on-quarter
identify and present The/Nudge’s work to a targeted list of corporates in India
independently open doors with senior executives to build a healthy pipeline of donors
leverage the existing support to open new doors, engage prospects and convert them to donors for The/Nudge
work with cross-functional teams and the India development team to craft high quality collaterals/proposals that align the financial needs of the organization to the giving objectives of the donors.
build and maintain an engaged pipeline of donors
ensure timely collection of receivables from donors
represent The/Nudge in ecosystem events
What does success look like for this role?
acquisition of new mission-aligned corporate donors in line with the annual fundraising goals
deliver on aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India (CSR funding)
inspirational leadership (high employee NPS) in building and retaining an inspired and high performing corporate fundraising team at The/Nudge
Apply if you have:
has a strong intent to work in the social sector
exudes an entrepreneurial spirit with high ownership and results orientation
is intellectually curious, well read and willing to learn by doing.
has a minimum of 15 yrs of experience in B2B relationship management/consultative selling to senior executives
is an articulate and confident speaker & is willing to travel within India
