What we do:

The/Nudge Institute exists to alleviate poverty, sustainably and scalably. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across industry, academia, government and development sectors, and our work is organized across two impact streams:
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to “enable families to come out of extreme poverty”
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to “nudge top talent to solve for India’s biggest challenges”

What are we solving for in the Indian Administrative Fellowship?

Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyse innovation and transformation of public systems, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of senior civil servants.

Roles & Responsibilities:

At The/Nudge, you will be a part of the program team and play an instrumental role in communicating the program highlights and milestones to different stakeholders. Also involved in the screening and selection process of fellows by conducting preliminary conversations and ascertaining the fit for the program.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness about the fellowship program and engage stakeholders.
● Create compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
● Manage communication platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice across all materials.
● Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partner organizations to amplify program messaging.
● Identify areas of partnerships in PR event with various portals
● Run outreach campaigns for fellow selection
● Involve in preliminary selection of the fellows through conducting conversations to ascertain fit for the role

We are looking for someone who has a:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in data analysis (must be comfortable in applying statistical concepts like hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to travel occasionally for program-related activities.
