The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.

Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. About the team

The partnerships team at The/Nudge is responsible for garnering, nurturing and growing the support from different donor segments including corporates, foundations and individuals. To view the current list of donors, please visit

What will you do?

  • own data of all current and prospective donors across all segments

  • develop targeted and compelling messaging tailored to each donor segment across different platforms (website, newsletters, whatsapp etc)

  • design and execute social media plans to nurture relationships with donors

  • Identify, curate and apply to relevant recognitions and awards, as applicable

  • Identity, curate and ensure speakership opportunities for T/NI in philanthropy-focused events

  • ensure an updated profile and visibility of The/Nudge across various giving platforms

  • work with cross functional teams to own all donor-facing collaterals including the annual report

  • support the fundraising team in curation of external events and execution of various fundraising events including outreach, logistics and lead generation.

Who are we looking for in this role?

  • a strong desire to work in the non-profit sector

  • at least 6-8 years of full-time work experience (preferably in a start-up environment)

  • prior experience in B2B outreach, content marketing & social media is highly desirable

  • resourceful with stellar strong attention to detail

  • hands on experience with marketing tools (CMS, hubspot Canva, video editing, photoshop etc)

  • demonstrated results in a fast-growing organization
