About the Team:
We seek an accomplished Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, good presentation skills, and expertise in interpreting diverse campaign data. The candidate excels in analyzing campaigns across various platforms, utilizing Google Analytics, performing advanced data analysis using Excel, deriving actionable insights, and possesses a deep understanding of social media metrics and attribution methodologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by providing comprehensive insights derived from a wide range of marketing data sources.
What will you do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract data-driven insights that inform content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media and Email.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Derive meaningful insights from data, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various marketing channels, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates related to various marketing efforts.
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize data insights effectively for various stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics, including attribution modeling and data analysis.
Identify areas for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and actively contribute to enhancing the team's capabilities.
Apply if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (1-3 yrs) as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign analysis and data-driven insights.
Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and attribution modeling tools.
Expertise in analyzing campaigns across various platforms and tracking their impact on different marketing channels.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies used in data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights effectively through visualizations and storytelling.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to uncover hidden trends and patterns within data.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is advantageous.
