The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. About the Program
Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyze innovation and governance transformation, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of visionary civil servants.

What are we solving for?
Efficient last mile delivery of various programs and schemes of the government is the necessity to solve basic needs of the masses to provide them a sustainable, dignified, equitable, inclusive living. In addition, with the use of innovations, technological interventions and best practices from the private sector and elsewhere, to make these segments prosper in a holistic manner and achieve their aspirations for a better future. Govt is the largest provider of welfare schemes and other enablers to these segments, it is important that the programs and schemes are designed and delivered in an efficient and effective manner at scale to these sections of society, for which there is need of transforming the public systems. The senior private sector professionals while working with senior civil servants bring the required innovation, technology intervention, and best practices from outside the government to transform the public systems.
What will you do?
Owning the overall health and progress of the IAF program by collaborating with the administrative leadership of the concerned departments of Govt of Jharkhand, the fellow designates, and other relevant stakeholders/partners,
To ensure all IAF projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the concerned departments and The/Nudge stakeholders, by enabling the setting up of project charter, stakeholder alignment, monitoring and evaluation and impact delivery, among others.
Building and managing relationships across the administrative cadre of the Govt of Jharkhand and project advisors/directors to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
Establishing and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders including knowledge partners, IAF advisors, steering committee, task force and program/project expert panel.
Build, manage and monitor the project plan for a portfolio of departmental projects laying out all the key activities, dependencies, risks, schedule, budgets, and updating all the key actors while keeping the project outcome(s) at the center.
Managing the cohort of fellows, pool of project leads/ program coordinators and administrative associates by managing key results, career growth, engagement and alignment.
Working closely with the IAF product team towards improving the program experience, design, reporting and deliverables/impact.
Who are we looking for in this role?
Must-Haves:
A senior professional with a minimum of 15 years of overall work experience.
A high-performer, go getter with a successful track record in programme and people management along with a strong technology orientation.
Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders across diverse internal, external partners and senior government stakeholders and projects.
Good to have:
Proficiency in the regional language (Hindi) in addition to English shall be a distinct advantage.
Prior exposure to leading government partnerships at the senior level is desirable.
Prior experience in the governance/development/public policy sphere shall be advantageous.
