About the Team

The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organization's objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.

What will you do?

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently for assigned roles, primarily supporting bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives.
  • Source, screen, and engage high volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with universities, colleges, and external vendors to facilitate campus hiring activities.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver against hiring targets with a high degree of ownership.
  • Manage recruitment administration including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and data analytics for tracking hiring metrics and process improvements.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communications and feedback.

Who are we looking for in this role?

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to, lateral, campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
  • Individual contributor mindset with ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for recruiting early-career talent.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and recruitment technologies for decision-making.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders.
