The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners. Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

What are we solving for?
We are solving for households in poverty who are also financially and socially vulnerable through a targeted, multi-faceted, and sequenced model called the graduation approach, which has demonstrated that we can durably pull households out of poverty.
At The/Nudge Institute, we have been piloting this program for the past 3 years and are now scaling it across multiple states. Our purpose is to enable the most excluded individuals to become contributing members of the economy. We will
Enable the government to adopt the program by providing research, design, and implementation support
Continue to iterate on the program design to create impact at scale through our own implementation efforts
Support more NGOs in adopting the graduation approach by offering technical expertise and capacity building
Build evidence on the graduation approach to nudge governments to adopt at scale
Develop technology solutions that enable NGOs and governments to adopt and implement the program at scale and with quality
Position Overview
Sarathi is a livelihood tech platform for implementing and monitoring Economic Inclusion Programs (EIP) based on the Graduation Approach. As a national gov tech initiative supporting tech for good, Sarathi enables real-time tracking and decision-making for grassroots programs.
As we scale nationally, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Product Rollout specialist to manage rollout and adoption across centrally-supported programs and partner states. This role sits at the intersection of technology, program delivery, and government engagement - ideal for someone excited to help scale a national gov tech platform driving last-mile delivery.
What will you do?
Be part of The/Nudge’s tech team as an Associate Manager, supporting digital product adoption and field implementation to scale rural livelihood programs across India.
Onboarding & Rollout: Ensure smooth and efficient rollout of Sarathi in all program states.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government stakeholders, program partners, and internal teams for alignment on adoption plans, program details and handholding.
Training & Adoption: Spearhead product training sessions, demonstrations with all user groups, and provide continuous user support.
Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first escalation point for field issues; work closely with the tech and support teams to ensure quick resolution.
Documentation & Communication: Maintain rollout trackers, SOPs, and communicate implementation updates internally and externally.
With 5+ states live and plans for national rollout in next 1 year, this role will ensure that our product is ready for use, users are trained and seamlessly adopt Sarathi for program delivery at the last mile.
Who are we looking for in this role?
Min 5 years of experience in product operations, field-facing program roles, tech implementation in a development sector or public tech environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail – especially written communication and user empathy.
Comfortable working across multiple communication platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple moving parts.
Language skills (Hindi and/or regional language) is a plus, given the field-facing nature of the role.
Comfortable operating across teams and systems; a problem-solver with a strong bias for action.
Able to make sense of programmatic processes and translate them into product features and workflows.
Driven by impact, and able to work across ambiguity and scale.
