Chief Development Officer is a senior leadership position at The/Nudge, with a mandate to lead our global fundraising efforts and to raise the resources required by our programs to meet our impact aspirations, and to also build strong financial resilience of The/Nudge for the long term.
This position reports to the Founder.
Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Understand and stay up to date about all our programs at all times
- Own our global fundraising strategy and execution across donor segments, including corporates (CSR), foundations, HNI/UHNIs etc
- Build and scale a high performing fundraising team that is aligned with the spirit of The/Nudge
- Build a compelling value proposition for each donor segment for all our programs
- Build systems, processes and capacity needed for fundraising
- Collaborate tightly with other internal stakeholders to drive results
- Balance priorities to deliver on short-term goals while building for the long haul
- Represent The/Nudge in relevant public forums across the ecosystem
