About the Team
The People & Culture team at The/Nudge enables the organisation by acquiring, engaging, and developing talent aligned with our mission. As part of this dynamic team, you'll get a unique opportunity to enable impactful work at scale while helping build a strong culture driven by purpose and growth.
What will you do?
As an Engagement Partner (Assistant Manager - HRBP), you will:
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner for assigned teams or programs, supporting their growth, morale, and talent needs.
  • Work closely with team leads and managers to understand their people challenges and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Build, manage and enhance employee engagement practices to foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture.
  • Facilitate performance discussions, provide inputs during calibration cycles, and drive development plans for employees.
  • Lead the implementation of core people processes including performance management, onboarding, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
  • Analyze people metrics and insights to proactively address challenges and improve employee experience.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring and onboarding for assigned teams.
  • Be an advocate for employee wellbeing through continuous listening and support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and relevant laws.
Who are we looking for in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s in HR or related fields preferred).
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in HRBP, employee engagement or HR generalist roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive listener with strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a passion for social impact.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to apply data and insights for decision-making.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from planning to execution.
