At The/Nudge you will:
  • Drive strategic and operational budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring processes across the organization
  • Manage expense allocations across the programs and donor projects. Ensure error-free and timely expense reporting to the partner management team within deadlines across a pool of donors
  • Own end to end financials of the donor grant cycle – from budgeting to forecasts to utilization reporting to donor audits
  • Prepare project level expense projections in tandem with the respective internal stakeholders
  • Lead development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to the senior management team and to the respective program leads
  • Run variance analysis and provide insights to the respective program/function leads. Ensure reports contribute to business insights and decision-making
  • Drive strong partnership with accounting and business teams and contribute to timely and accurate book closing
  • Interact with different stakeholders including senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Own end to end IT applications related to finance within the organization
Apply if you have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related fields(MBA or CA qualification would be preferred but not mandatory)
  • An overall work experience of 6-9 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Accounting, Analytics or Strategy & Operations
  • The willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • High proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfort in working with diverse stakeholders
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort in working with some degree of ambiguity and the absence of perfect information
  • Working knowledge of Tally/other ERPs & Power BI
