About The/Nudge

The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion in partnership with central and state governments.
Our mission is to enable a poverty-free India within our lifetime by scaling sustainable livelihood solutions, strengthening community institutions, and supporting governments and NGOs to implement evidence-based poverty alleviation models.

What Are We Solving For?

We work with socially and financially vulnerable households through a sequenced livelihood intervention based on the graduation approach, enabling families to move out of extreme poverty in a durable and dignified manner.

3. Knowledge Transfer & Capacity Building

Conduct small group meetings, trainings, and demonstrations on farm and non-farm livelihoods, financial literacy, and social development.
Build participants’ confidence, agency, and decision-making capacity.

4. Coaching & Livelihood Support

Provide hands-on, regular coaching to households for livelihood planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Track progress and support households toward sustainable income improvement.

5. Inclusion, Entitlements & Convergence

Facilitate access to government schemes, social protection, financial services, and community resources.
Strengthen linkages with local institutions, SHGs, and service providers.

6. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and timely records through registers, data logs, and mobile applications.
Submit periodic progress reports, case studies, and field insights.

7. Continuous Learning & Capacity Development

Participate in training, assessments, and review meetings.
Continuously upgrade skills and apply learning in field implementation.
