About The/Nudge
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments.
Our economic inclusion journey towards serving 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches over 1.5 million people. Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.

At The/Nudge, you will:

  1. Own Data Systems & Processes: Build, maintain, and continuously improve robust systems to meet data requirements across all programs. You will ensure data integrity and seamless flow.
  2. Drive Real-Time Reporting: Act as the bridge between internal teams, gathering critical information consistently to ensure donor reporting is accurate and delivered on a near real-time basis.
  3. Embed Workflows: Work closely with program teams to integrate data collection systems into their daily workflows, making data entry a natural part of the program execution.
  4. Champion Donor Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify donor visibility through innovative social media content, posts, and other platform engagements.
  5. Craft Compelling Narratives: Support the development of high-quality reports, presentations, and success stories. You will partner with Communications to turn raw data into evidence-backed impact stories.
  6. Facilitate Impactful Engagements: Coordinate meaningful partner touchpoints, including field visits, volunteering initiatives, and leadership participation opportunities.
  7. Become a Program Expert: Develop a deep, nuanced understanding of our programs to represent them effectively and identify new opportunities for impact reporting.

Apply if you have:

  1. The Right Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in roles involving program management, partnerships, or data-driven operations.
  2. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and a knack for using tools to automate or streamline reporting processes.
  3. Operational Rigor: A strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch and ensure they are adopted by others.
  4. Communication Flair: Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into engaging content for donors and social media.
  5. Stakeholder Management Skills: The ability to work cross-functionally and "manage up" or "manage across" to get the data and information needed on time.
  6. Detail Orientation: An eagle eye for detail, ensuring that every donor report or social media post is of the highest quality and accuracy.
  7. Mission Alignment: A deep-seated desire to work in the social impact space and a high degree of ownership and agility.
