The*Spark Centre is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate, Community to elevate the member experience through operational excellence and strategic engagement. This role is central to cultivating a high-impact, collaborative ecosystem by managing curated events and fostering professional relationships across our community of social innovators
What will you do ?
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for coworking memberships and event venue bookings, specifically targeting social innovators, non-profits, foundations, and CSR departments.
- Maintain a consistent outreach and prospecting pipeline through proactive research of potential members and strategic organizational partners.
- Conduct site tours for prospective members and lead walkthroughs.
- Drive building occupancy and venue utilization towards 100% through follow-ups, proposal drafting, and membership closure.
- Engage actively in the wider Bangalore ecosystem by attending networking events and startup gatherings to promote the*spark community and identify new leads.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports that outline sales progress, pipeline health, occupancy trends, and community dynamics for review.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead generation activities are aligned with on-ground sales requirements and event calendars.
- Curate the fortnightly member newsletter and manage digital engagement platforms to build an engaged digital community
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience that reflects the value proposition delivered during the sales process.
Who are we looking for in this role ?
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Proven track record in lead conversion and managing sales cycles with institutional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of a social innovation ecosystem to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM softwares (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar), email marketing tools, and basic digital design platforms (Canva).
- Strong networking capabilities with an existing presence or familiarity within the Bangalore social entrepreneurship or startup ecosystem.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data and metrics to refine outreach strategies and reporting.
