The*Spark Centre is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate, Community to elevate the member experience through operational excellence and strategic engagement. This role is central to cultivating a high-impact, collaborative ecosystem by managing curated events and fostering professional relationships across our community of social innovators


What will you do ?
1) Operations & facility management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of The*Spark Centre, ensuring provision of all amenities to members and guests.
    • Supervise third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, F&B) and manage vendor relationships and payments.
    • Oversee maintenance and repairs of infrastructure, equipment and centre assets.
    • Analyze expense trends and strategize for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
    • Perform weekly meetings to track team and individual performance
2) Coworking member experience
    • Conduct tours for walk-in leads for coworking and event spaces, track walk-ins.
    • Seamless onboarding, moving-in and moving-out of new coworking members
    • Maintain inventory and allocation of working seats (where applicable).
    • Track usage and raise monthly invoices, follow up for member payments.
3) On-ground event coordination (40%)
  • Maintain an active calendar and booking of partner-led events
  • Coordinate event logistics—from initial planning to execution and wrap-up.
  • Liaise with vendors, facilities, and internal teams to ensure seamless event setups.
  • Drive event awareness, track RSVPs, and sustain audience engagement.
  • Follow SOPs for on-site management, attendee registration, and service quality.
  • Ensure post-event follow-ups, including sharing media assets and gathering feedback.
  • Publish and manage post-event communications.


Who are we looking for in this role ?
  • 4+ years’ experience in operations, hospitality, event management, or program coordination
  • Proven experience in managing facility logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution in a high-touch environment
  • Experience with event logistics, stakeholder management, and on-site execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
