The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches 1.5M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200 social entrepreneurs including Forbes 30U30 honorees, EarthShot Prize winners and nationally recognised changemakers.

Role Overview

As a Junior Associate, you will support the end-to-end execution of incubation and acceleration programs for early-stage social ventures. You will work closely with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners, gaining hands-on exposure to the startup journey while contributing to meaningful social impact.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about social entrepreneurship, startups, and ecosystem building, and looking to build a strong foundation in the impact sector.


What will you do?

1) Program Support & Execution
  • Support end-to-end execution of incubator and accelerator programs
  • Coordinate program activities including bootcamps, workshops, and mentor sessions
  • Track startup progress and contribute to program reporting and insights
2) Startup & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Support outreach and sourcing of early-stage social startups
  • Screen and evaluate startup applications through research and initial assessments
  • Engage with founders and ecosystem stakeholders to support program delivery
3) Research & Insights
  • Conduct research on livelihood sectors, social innovation trends, and emerging models
  • Develop briefs, notes, and insights to inform program design and decision-making
4) Operations & Coordination
  • Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain program data, documentation, and tracking dashboards
  • Support planning and logistics for events, sessions, and engagements
5) Capacity Building Support
  • Assist in designing and delivering learning interventions for founders
  • Co-create content for workshops, toolkits, and knowledge sessions


What Success Looks Like

  • Ability to independently manage key program workstreams within 3–6 months
  • Strong relationships built with founders, mentors, and partners
  • High-quality research and insights contributing to program effectiveness
  • Reliable execution and coordination across multiple priorities


Who are we looking for in this role?

  • 0–2 years of experience in startups, consulting, social sector, or research roles
  • Strong interest in social impact, entrepreneurship, and innovation
  • Solid research and analytical skills (secondary research, synthesis, insight generation)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset and willingness to learn


Good to have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Zoho, Notion, Airtable, Canva or similar
  • Exposure to startup ecosystems, incubation programs, or community-building initiatives
