The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments.
Our economic inclusion journey towards serving 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches over 1.5 million people. Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency partnerships leader to anchor and scale our CSR fundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build senior corporate relationships and the drive to convert partnerships into long-term, high-value engagements. The ideal candidate combines B2B sales rigor with a nuanced understanding of CSR priorities, compliance frameworks, and corporate decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver CSR fundraising targets from corporates across sectors
  • Independently open doors with CSR heads, CXOs and corporate foundations
  • Build and manage a strong high-quality pipeline of CSR partnerships
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle: prospecting → proposal → pitching → closure → reporting
  • Represent the organization in CSR forums and corporate networks
Success Metrics
  • CSR revenue closed vs. targets
  • Number of new corporate partnerships opened independently
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Multi-year partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 20+ years of experience in CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising or B2B sales
  • Strong network within CSR teams, corporate foundations, or sustainability functions
  • Proven ability to open doors and close high-value CSR deals
  • Deep understanding of CSR regulations and CSR donor expectations in India
  • Experience engaging CXOs and senior corporate stakeholders
  • Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • High ownership, execution focus, and alignment with social impact

  • Good interpersonal skills coupled with critical thinking & problem solving
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in or closely with the development sector
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
