About The Role:
We’re looking for a content marketer who enjoys building, experimenting, and creating things from scratch.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea and turn it into good content across formats - social media posts, presentations, campaigns, videos, webpages, emails, and more.
You should have strong communication skills, good taste, sharp instincts, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to work faster and smarter. More than someone who simply “uses AI”, we’re looking for someone curious, resourceful, and constantly figuring out better ways to create and distribute content.
What will you do ?
Content Creation & Execution
  • Create content across social media, websites, emailers, presentations, videos, and campaigns
  • Write, edit, and adapt content for different formats and audiences
  • Create basic social media creatives and visual assets using tools like Canva and AI-assisted workflows
  • Support campaign launches, storytelling projects, and brand initiatives
Distribution & Platform Understanding
  • Understand how content works across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, and other platforms
  • Publish and optimise content for different channels and audiences
  • Track engagement and performance metrics to understand what’s working
  • Stay updated on social trends, internet culture, and new content formats
AI & Experimentation
  • Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, editing, repurposing, and workflows
  • Experiment with new tools, prompts, and ways of working
  • Help improve speed, efficiency, and quality across the content process
Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to execute content and campaigns
  • Manage timelines, content calendars, and multiple projects with ownership
Who you are?
  • A strong communicator with excellent command of English
  • Someone with good creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Curious, internet-savvy, and eager to experiment
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
  • Able to take initiative and execute independently
Who are we looking for in this role ?
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or creative roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and audience behaviour
  • Ability to balance speed with quality
Who this role is not for
  • You prefer highly structured workflows with constant direction
  • You are uncomfortable experimenting with new tools and ways of working
  • You only enjoy creating content, but not thinking about distribution or performance
  • You struggle in fast-paced, evolving environments
What’s in it for you?
  • Own your growth: An impact-led learning environment encourages Nudgesters to invest in their learning and capacity building needs through initiatives and policies, including L&D wallet, individual development plan and internal role change opportunities.
  • Find your tribe: Our hiring philosophy emphasizes intent, attitude, smarts and skills, in that order, to build a cohesive environment for Nudgesters. The organisation is committed to curating people-centric policies, enhancing how employees experience life at The/Nudge.
  • Take big bets: Organisational initiatives are intended to facilitate Nudgesters with a view to the big picture, illustrated by our impact across 50000+ households, 15+ governments, 200+ social enterprises and Charcha: India’s largest social sector convening forum.
  • Make it happen: A product-based approach in an action-biased environment empowers Nudgesters to implement audacious plans. Driven to fail fast, we endeavour to optimize resources in favour of programs that align with our scale ambition.
