About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic intern to support the People & Culture team in planning and executing our annual Rewards & Recognition event scheduled for August 2026. This role offers hands-on exposure to employee engagement initiatives, event coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder communication within a not-for-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
  • Support end-to-end coordination activities for the annual Rewards & Recognition event
  • Manage and analyze data related to nominations, participation, and event planning
  • Assist with communication drafts, tracking updates, and stakeholder coordination
  • Create and maintain trackers, presentations, and reports
  • Support logistics and operational activities related to event execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Canva and other digital tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
