We believe that clean beauty should be effective, affordable, and accessible to all, and we are building a diverse team that lives our shared values of integrity, excellence, and reliability to help us scale profitability.One Sentence: Meet monthly bulk sales targets by building lasting partnerships with B2B clientsKey Responsibilities:- Build new relationships with brands in the natural food, beauty, and wellness space- Ensure seamless customer experience, encourage repeat purchases- Meet quarterly sales targets for bulk oil and bulk powder- Own and track progress toward quarterly sales targets- Scout opportunities for new product developmentOwned Metrics/Outputs- Bulk Sales Revenue- Deals closed per quarterIn the first month you will:- Learn the key product selling points, regulatory and QA documentation and procedures, company mission and vision- Conduct market analysis, generate leads and obtain introductions or relevant contact information- Set sales goals and weekly outreach goals with relevant department headsIn the first 3 months you will:- Manage inbound leads- Conduct phone calls and email outreach to leads and arrange in-person or video meetings- Lead sales calls to discuss client needs and key selling points of our productIn the first 12 months you will:- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events- Own customer service experience from order through export and delivery- Own marketing initiatives to acquire new clients
