About the Role
The Marketing team is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across all markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns across all markets.
- Coordinate design, content, and communication briefs with internal teams.
- Support management of social media assets, partner fliers, and brand materials.
- Work with BD and Account Managers to deliver partner marketing requests on time.
- Manage marketing folders, documentation, and track campaign performance.
- Support event coordination, field activations, and partner engagements.
- Maintain consistency with Turaco brand guidelines across all outputs
- Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day execution and reporting.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or communications initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools, and basic design & social media tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
