We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our online presence, managing paid campaigns, and driving engagement across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and data analysis, coupled with creative skills to craft compelling campaigns that align with Verqor’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and other paid social media campaigns to meet lead generation and engagement objectives.
  • Develop campaign strategies, set budgets, and monitor performance metrics to ensure ROI.
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts that reflect Verqor's brand identity and voice.
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Content Creation & Design
  • Create visuals, graphics, and short-form videos for campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions, copy, and stories that drive audience engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign results using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong online community by addressing inquiries and fostering meaningful connections.

Trend Monitoring

  • Keep updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Proactively suggest innovative approaches to enhance Verqor’s digital presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Support promotional activities, such as events and partnerships, through social media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience:2-3 years of experience in social media management and paid campaign execution, preferably in B2C and B2B2C sectors.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Video editing skills are a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
