VillageReach invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of a Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, in accordance with organizational procurement policies and applicable donor requirements.
Objective
The objective of this RFP is to procure a secure, scalable, and integrated ERP solution to strengthen business development, fundraising, human resource management, financial management, grants and project management, internal controls, reporting, and overall operational efficiency across the organization.
Scope
The scope of this RFP includes system design, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Detailed functional and non-functional requirements are provided in the RFP document and accompanying appendices.

Submission Requirements
Proposals must include all of the following:
1. Complete Proposal Document
One (1) PDF containing the full narrative response, formatted in accordance with Section 10 of the RFP.
2. Requirements Response Matrix
Completed functional and non-functional requirements spreadsheets (Appendix A and Appendix B), submitted in original Excel format.
3. Pricing Schedule
Completed pricing template (Appendix C), submitted in both PDF and Excel formats.
4. Supporting Documentation
All documents required under Section 10.3, including corporate documentation, certifications, and draft contract terms.
