VisionSpring, a US-based social enterprise, is looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Dhaka. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in Human Resources (HR) and the social sector. HR is a key focus area in our organization and requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate must be dedicated and sincere towards his/her work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate must have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will assist HR Manager in managing employee relations and grievances and ensure consistent and reliable execution of HR programs and policies. S/he will work closely on matters related to implementation of policies, managing employee relations, increasing, and measuring employee satisfaction, and hearing, engaging, and motivating employees. S/he will be based out of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is a permanent, full-time position. We expect the successful candidate to be a long-term contributor for VisionSpring.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL DO?

Recruitment And Onboarding

  • Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments to expedite our recruitment process.
  • Maintain all the documentation from requisition to onboarding in proper way as per organizational procedures.
  • Onboard new employees to the organization and provide the support they need to get inducted into the organization.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions.
  • Provide support to new hires during their initial weeks.
  • Provide support and counselling on all employee-related matters, including disciplinary matters, policies, benefits, and others.

Policies And SOPs

  • Assist with the maintenance of HR policies and processes as per the organizational guidelines.
  • Assist in drafting the HR manual, policy and procedures and reviewing periodically to keep our processes up-to-date and well-communicated.
  • Assist with the execution of the delivery of all HR practices and initiatives towards building employer brand.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs and celebrations to create a positive, ethical, collaborative, and effective work environment through proactive communication.
  • Keep the entire organization updated proactively on all HR initiatives and policies.
  • Assist with the implementation of employee engagement programs, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, collate reports, and work on increasing employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure employee participation in organizational initiatives and build an employee communication and feedback loop by conducting periodic organization-wide meetings, one-on-one meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with the implementation of employee offsites, workshops, and trainings to ensure positive team spirit and bonding between employees and build a culture of collaboration within and between teams and departments.

Administrative Support

  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as document management, meeting scheduling, and maintaining HR records, allowing HR manager to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Maintaining leave data and keep HRIS updated all the time.
  • Managing hotel bookings, air tickets etc.
  • Providing employee letters as part of administrative support.

Coordinate with HR team members and other departments to ensure flawless staff experience. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time and based on the needs of the department/organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HRM) from a reputed university.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws.
  • A passion for social impact and a desire to gain practical experience in HR.
  • Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Exceptional time management and task management skills.
  • An eye for detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Delhi NCR as and when required.

  • Salary range is based on experience and education and as per VisionSpring Policy.
