WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL DO?
This position will be responsible and co-responsible for creating a roadmap for the deployment of AI at VisionSpring.
Responsibility Distribution
AI (50%):
- Assist in Strategy Formulation: Coordinate with Global Director, IT to formulate VisionSpring AI strategic framework roadmap.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning by reading research papers and attending relevant seminars or conferences et al.
- Documentation: Document processes and findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Assist in Data Collection and Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data for AI model training and evaluation. Collaborate with data personnel to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Model Development: Work alongside IT infrastructure team to develop and fine-tune machine learning models. Implement algorithms and techniques for specific AI applications, if required.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of AI models. Analyze and interpret results, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and project managers. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.
Cybersecurity (25%):
- Security Monitoring: Assist in monitoring security alerts and incidents; analyze and respond to security events. Contribute to the maintenance of security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Work with the cybersecurity team to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Security Awareness: Contribute to the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training for employees. Assist in promoting a culture of cybersecurity best practices within the organization.
IT Support (25%):
- End User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure components. Contribute to the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Documentation: Create and update documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with the IT team.
Requirements
- BSc in CSE from any reputed university with an Artificial Intelligence component.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and apply AI techniques in real-world projects.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in social enterprise.
- Desirable skills or prior experience with Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work early mornings and late evenings.
- Interest in cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with IT support concepts, including troubleshooting and customer service.
Compensation
- BDT 12,000 to 15,000 per month
- Upon successful completion of 3 months internship period, the candidate can be offered for a permanent position.
- The position can be mix of both work from home and office.
