Requirements

Responsibilities of the position
  • Execute customer service policies and procedures including call- scripts, performance
    monitoring and team schedulers.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of welcoming calls to new customers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
  • Work with customer service coordinator to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits and follow
    up to ensure solutions.

customer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in faced – paced environment, strong
critical thinking skill and a keen attention to details.
