Responsibilities of the position
- Execute customer service policies and procedures including call- scripts, performance
monitoring and team schedulers.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage large amounts of welcoming calls to new customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
- Work with customer service coordinator to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits and follow
up to ensure solutions.
