Our client, a fast-growing professional services firm in Ogba, Lagos, is hiring a strategic and creative Brand Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the company’s brand visibility and lead innovative multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and communications strategy across digital and offline platforms.
- Oversee content creation for social media, newsletters, email marketing, and website updates.
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and roadshows to promote the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure message consistency.
- Manage public relations efforts and maintain media relationships.
- Lead brand refresh projects and ensure up-to-date brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Support business development through creative marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications, or PR — B2B or services sector experience preferred.
- Strong writing, content development, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with event planning, client engagement, and campaign management.
- Organized, analytical, and confident managing projects from end to end.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, podcasting, or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and lead initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month (subject to experience)
