We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior People Operations Specialist to join our HR team.

What will you do:

• Support new hire onboarding
• Support offboarding processes
• Be a first point of contact for employees and answer general questions
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR team
• Update employee records
• Process documentation, letters and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

If you have:

• a BSc in HR or relevant field
• 0-1 years of administrative experience or an HR internship ideally in a tech company
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Respect for the need of confidentiality

And if you are:

• A “people” person with a kind and friendly demeanor who loves being part of a team
• Tech-savvy
• A multi-tasker, with a can-do attitude and great initiative
