Requirements - High school diploma or GED is required
- Bachelors Degree, Training, or certifications in AV related fields a plus
- 3+ years of experience with AV Systems and Security & Surveillance
- A strong ability to integrate CCTV to existing computer networks
- Knowledge of Vicon, Valerus,Turing & Verkada security applications
- Experience with virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx and their various functionality
- Demonstrated customer service experience and interpersonal skills
- Regularly required to sit and talk or hear
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and walking
- Ability to climb ladders and work in areas within ceilings or on walls
- Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
