Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a social science, science, or business-related field required
• A minimum of two years of experience working with data and databases is required
• Research experience required, with two to three years of related administrative research experience preferred
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; advanced knowledge in Excel desired
• Proficiency in REDCap and SQL is preferred
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript is preferred
• Knowledge of survey research is preferred
• Knowledge of Evolv, as well as Youth Villages’ programs is useful
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and critical thinking skills
