Responsibilities

Position Overview

  • Customer Service
  • Responsible for managing multiline phone system
  • Daily Administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Medical filing

Qualifications

Requirements


A High School Diploma or GED with experience is required

Two years of administrative experience required
Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good attitude and high degree of professionalism
Flexible approach to changing priorities
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to work independently
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
Proven track record of successful office management / administrative work

Schedule: 8am-5pm
