Ziweto Enterprises Limited has set up a facility to process animal nutrition products (feeds, feed supplements and premixes). The facility is in Kanengo Industrial Area, Lilongwe. We are now recruiting for a team to manage and operate the facility.

Position Summary:

• Develop and deliver a sales and marketing strategy for Ziweto Nutrition Solutions
• This position holder will be responsible for engaging extensively with the customers, answering questions, growing the business, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Digital and social media management across all company platforms which mainly includes content generation and responding to customer queries.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any business-related field
• Experience in mass-market product promotions
• 5+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in managing an internal sales organization
• Experience in animal feeds will be an added advantage
• Experience in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems e.g. Salesforce
• Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to decipher and share insights in a structured manner
