Ziweto Enterprises Limited has set up a facility to process animal nutrition products (feeds, feed supplements and premixes). The facility is in Kanengo Industrial Area, Lilongwe. We are now recruiting for a team to manage and operate the facility.
Position Summary:
- The QC Officer will complete routine analytical and laboratory testing to ensure raw materials and finished products meet specified quality standards.
- The QC Officer will be responsible for checking and monitoring instrument performance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols across production teams.
- The QC will be expected to document results and communicate test results to Ziweto team and stakeholders as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Degreed in Animal Nutrition Sciences, Food Processing Technology, Laboratory Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements to include HACCP, GMP’s.
- Possess integrity in products, processes, and relationships.
- Must have experience in ensuring safety, health & hygiene in a production environment
- Must have an understanding of controlled food manufacturing production processes
- Must have experience in QC and reporting on product quality parameters
