The Fruit Seedlings Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Kabwe. The Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end process of fruit seedling production and distribution, ensuring high-quality seedlings reach farmers on time. Responsibilities include managing nursery operations, maintaining quality control, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting farmer training efforts. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring growth, handling logistical coordination for deliveries, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to optimize production efficiency and meet organizational goals.

• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields, with a focus on plant cultivation and nursery management.
• Ability to create and implement strategies for seedling production and distribution.
• Strong organizational and logistical planning skills with the ability to manage schedules and supply chains effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with farmers, teams, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in maintaining records, monitoring operations, and managing data for production tracking and reporting.
• Capacity to work on-site in a rural setting, with an understanding of local agricultural practices and contexts.
• Experience in improving agricultural efficiencies and implementing innovative practices is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness, or related fields is preferred.
