The major purpose of the Contact Center Executive is to handle inbound and outbound calls for the continuing support of the patients. He/ She is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of Praava Health Ltd.
Key Responsibility Area:
● Obtains patient information for registration, appointment scheduling, and home sample collection.
● Document all call information according to standard operating procedures while serving patients in Inbound and Outbound calls.
● Managing Internal stakeholders
● Sales lead and focus on CC conversion
● Focus on service quality improvement and delivery
● Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and generally providing information about Praava and its services.
● Communicates with patients regarding changes to appointment schedules, new services, and ongoing discounts.
● Follow up customer calls where necessary.
● Promote Praava services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
● Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities from Praava.
● Ensure to liaise tickets for all the issues/suggestions for both external & internal customers.
● Regular ensure to send SMS and email as per protocol
Qualifications:
● Current students or Graduation completed or Masters in any discipline
Experience:
● Minimum 6 months- 2 years of experience
● Preferably in Healthcare industry experiences
