The major purpose of the Telemarketing Executive is to work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. He/ She is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of Praava Health Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales lead and focus on successful conversion
- Meet daily call target and CRM input properly
- Achieve revenue target on a monthly basis
- Managing Internal stakeholders
- Follow-up patient calls where necessary.
- Promote Praava services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
- Ensure liaise tickets for all the issues/suggestions for both external & internal customers.
- Regular ensure to send SMS and email as per protocol
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in telemarketing
- Preferably in the Healthcare industry experiences
