The Contact Center Team provides excellent customer services across all digital channels to rural farmers/rural areas. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be a part of the Contact Center Team and will be responsible for providing technical advice on pest and disease control, introducing our farming products and services, and establishing a high standard for quality customer service across all our digital channels. You will be involved in the different phases of digital operation projects, as well as supporting customer services and working with multiple teams.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

  • Monitor and respond to customer’s questions and complaints in a timely manner via Yetagon hotline and social media channels (Facebook, messenger & viber)
  • Engaging in active listening with customers, responding efficiently and accurately through hotline or social media channels to service our customers’ needs and provide effective solutions to their inquiries
  • Involve and assist in the Yetagon products and services introduction: explain the detailed product information to the customer and refer the customer to the nearest branch office or dealer shop for potential purchase
  • Give advice on pest and disease control/tele agronomy service of the contact center team and initiate service follow-up to our customers via phone call
  • Collaborate and work with multiple teams on improving the service flow and expansion of new products and crops
  • Agricultural techniques and product information will be continuously learned for new crops expansion and provide effective knowledge to our customers

Must-Haves:

  • Must be graduate from agricultural university or institute
  • Proficient with computers (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and 'G-suite'
  • Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work under pressure
  • Must be open-minded to explore and learn about new things, operationally and agriculturally
  • Exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Must have experience in conducting phone conversations with farmers
