Master's degree in a relevant field such as gender studies, development studies, social sciences, public health, or international relations.
Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems, preferably within the gender and development sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making and program improvement.
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis software, and statistical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to gender equality, male engagement, social justice, and human rights principles.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and French is an advantage.
